Week 163: Minute by Minute- Moment by Moment

              Minute by Minute—Moment by Moment
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

Minutes turn into hours. . .
• Hours turn into days. . .
• Days turn into years. . .

Our lives are comprised of minutes and moments. Each minute holds a story within itself. One minute can’t give the complete picture of who we are, however, if it were possible to analyze all the things that we did with each one of them, we would know why we have become who we are.

Each minute holds a precious space in time.
Okay, you might not like this, but here goes: You only have so many of these minutes and moments from the time you are born until you—well leave. Looking at it from that perspective could make you think twice before you blow any of them on petty disputes, unsubstantiated fears, useless worries, and yesterday’s regrets.

The best way to safeguard your time is to put your faith in God. When you put your faith in God, you have hope, and when you have hope; possibilities are before you. Think about all that you can enjoy and accomplish using your time looking at the goodness of God in your life.

You really do have time to: “Stop and smell the roses.”

As I look back over my life, it was the minor; so-called unimportant, things that hold the most precious memories. One day God put in my spirit: Any moment of time that you spend worrying, is a moment that you’ll miss seeing the “small” but yet wonderful blessings I’m showering you with. Capture these moments by taking mental pictures of the small stuff.

All the days of the desponding and afflicted are made evil [by anxious thoughts and forebodings], but he who has a glad heart has a continual feast [regardless of circumstances]. Proverbs 15:15 (AMP)

                       Minute by minute—moment by moment:
                            Concentrate on what’s going right!
