                              Have You Heard?
                                Faith Knocked Fear Out!

Boy what a fight! Pressure reached the exploding point. The atmosphere was blanketed with tension. Terror was stalking the night, and arrows were flying by day. Lies spewed out of hell left and right, while the devil pounced unmercifully.

                                      BAM! WHACK! POW!

One word describes a street fight—unpredictable. If you are ever coerced into a brawl, it would benefit you to be a skilled quick thinker. The adversary lurks around ready to attack at any given moment. He loves to scare us out of our wits using our children, our health, and other matters of the heart.

He’ll use any kind of fear he can to put a deadbolt on our minds while he kicks us repeatedly in the guts with his illegal suggestions. He fights lowdown and dirty like any street thug. He launches out when we’re the most vulnerable, hoping that we’re too weak to fight him off. He has only one mission: To kill, steal, and destroy. (John 10:10)
What’s a street fight without a little blood? (smile)
We might be mutilated; barely able to move. That’s okay!

All we need is enough faith to sling the Blood.
Jesus shed His Blood so that we would have power over the enemy. Of course, the devil doesn’t want us to know that. He wants to taunt us with fear.

However, there is nothing for us to fear. Our faith in God overtakes fear.
I Corinthians 10:13 says God will not allow more to come on us than we can bear. That nullifies the devil’s threats. So, the next time the devil wants to pick a fight, remember this: There’s only one rule in a street fight: Use what you got—to hit where it hurts!
