Use Your Keys

Use Your Keys
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:26

• Open doors . . .
• Lock doors . . .

It can be aggravating when you misplace your keys. Depending on their function, they could stop you dead in your tracks. Owning keys is a sign of authority that links you to certain privileges—whether they can open the doors to your house, car, business, etc.

The devil could care less about your house or car keys. I don’t think he minds you having keys to an office or even to a safety deposit box. However, there’s ONE set of keys he does mind you having. As a matter of fact, he works hard to deceive you from ever finding out the POWER you posses with these keys. I’m talking about the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven.

God has given those in Christ keys to bind on earth what He has bound in heaven, and to loose on earth what He has loosed in heaven (Matthew 16:19). We have that authority because we have been made the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ (II Corinthians 5:21b). The enemy doesn’t mind us quoting that Scripture; but to actually believe it and walk in that power makes the plans he has for us go haywire. This is a major problem for him. Oh well!

Walking in the authority of righteousness eradicates the enemy’s control over us. We can quench all the fiery darts of the enemy (Ephesians 6:16). We are overcomers (Romans 8:37). We have the spirit of wisdom (Ephesians 1:17-18). If you haven’t already, it would afford you well to study in detail what it means to be the righteousness of God. We can’t operate from that reality if we don’t fully understand what that entitles us to.
For a long time the devil has been tormenting and controlling us with his number one weapon: FEAR. The problem with this picture is, God has given us POWER against the enemy (Ephesians 6:11). It’s time to turn the tables on the devil and give him a dose of his own medicine. He is so fearful that we will come to the knowledge of who we are in Christ Jesus. The only thing he can do to a CONFIDENT Knowledgeable Christian is . . . flee.
By the Authority Given to You, Start Locking and Unlocking Some Doors.
